/ Cynact · Across three markets

One platform. Three buyers.

Residential
Premium smart home

Presence-aware automation, multi-protocol device control, and a licensed installer crew on the truck. For homeowners who want it to work, not to tinker.

Commercial · 5K–50K sq ft
The Missing Middle

Buildings too small for Siemens or Honeywell, too complex for a smart thermostat. Cynact bridges that gap — real BAS-grade control with smart-home agility.

Utility · Grid services
Behind-the-meter DER endpoint

Demand response, kW shed and load shifting, M&V instrumentation. OpenADR 2.0b and IEEE 2030.5 on the roadmap.

02 CRM Platform

A CRM shaped around your business.

Customizable software that behaves like it was built for your team — not a generic tool bent to fit. Solid foundations, tailored flows and modules on top.

  • Custom modules, fields and pipelines per business
  • Feels native — not a dressed-up spreadsheet
  • Deep integrations with the tools you already use
  • Grows with you, without the implementation tax

AI Routbox AI · In-house model platform

Intelligent software, embedded in every product we ship.

Routbox AI is our in-house model platform — engineered specifically to power production applications, not generic chat. It runs locally where it matters (Cynact edge nodes), in the cloud where it scales (Intgrate workflows), and across both with the same safety, observability and tuning discipline as the rest of the stack.

/ Voice
In development

Cynact voice assistant

Natural-language control of building systems — lighting, climate, access, scenes — running on the same local-first edge runtime. In active development.

/ Automation
In development

Suggestion engine

Learns occupancy, schedules and load patterns over the first weeks of a deployment, then proposes automations the customer can accept, decline or tune.

Intelligent operations

Routbox AI powers the decisioning layer across products — routing, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and contextual workflows in Intgrate.

/ Inference
Architecture

Local-first when it matters

Customer data and on-premises events stay on the edge. Inference runs where the data lives — minimizing exposure and keeping the building responsive without round-trips.

/ Safety & observability

Every Routbox AI feature ships with audit logging, action confirmations on physical-world actuation, and an explicit override path. The model is a co-operator inside the product — never the only decision-maker on critical systems.

Approach How we build

Three things we're serious about.

Approach

Engineering-first, always.

We don't ship polish over substance. Every feature earns its place in the runtime — measured against real use, not a roadmap slide.

Character

Customizable without the tax.

Software should shape to your team, not the other way around. Each Routbox product is a solid core with flexible edges, not a blank canvas you have to finish.

Time

Built to outlast the trend cycle.

We pick boring, dependable foundations and move fast on top. Five years from now, your systems will still feel current — because they were engineered, not styled.

/ The philosophy

Calm software for systems that already do real work.

/ 01 · Why "calm"

Most B2B software competes on feature surface — dashboards, integrations, slide-deck checkboxes. We compete on what happens when nobody's looking: the automation runs, the building stays comfortable, the team forgets the software is there. That's the win condition.

/ 02 · Why a focused portfolio

Cynact and Intgrate are shipping today, with additional products in active development. Each one runs on the same production-grade architecture, reliability model and deployment discipline. Going deep in a few domains compounds; spraying across many fragments the work and the trust.

/ 03 · Engineering heritage

A decade of low-voltage installation and software systems work means we show up to building automation already knowing what breaks at 2 AM. The hardware partners, protocols, edge architecture and install discipline aren't bolt-ons — they came first, the software came after.

/ 04 · Boring, on purpose

Postgres. TLS. Local-first runtimes. Standards-compliant protocols. We're not chasing the demo aesthetic — we're picking the foundations a customer can still deploy in 2031 without an emergency rewrite. That's the long bet.

About Who we are

Engineering applications for real-world operations.

Routbox is a software company founded on a specific position: most software serving real-world operations is either too generic to fit a particular business, or too complex to adopt without a multi-month implementation. We engineer for the middle — production-grade applications that adapt to how teams actually work, deployed in weeks rather than quarters.

Every product we ship — beginning with Cynact for building automation and Intgrate for business operations — runs on the same production-grade architecture, security model and deployment discipline, with intelligence layered in via our in-house Routbox AI. Additional AI-driven products are in active development.

/ Operating partner

Routbox builds the software. Wiztec LLC installs it.

Cynact deployments are installed and supported by Wiztec LLC, a licensed California low-voltage contractor (CA Lic. 1149874), operating across California — with Nevada and Arizona service planned. Vertical integration means the software and the install crew are the same team.

FAQ Common questions

Things people ask.

What does Routbox actually do?
Routbox is an AI software company building intelligent applications for the systems people depend on. Current products are Cynact — a building automation platform for residential, commercial and utility-grid use — and Intgrate — a configurable CRM platform for service businesses. Both are powered by our in-house Routbox AI, with additional AI-driven products in active development.
What is Routbox AI?
Routbox AI is our in-house model platform — engineered to power production applications rather than generic chat. It drives the decisioning layer across products (anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, intelligent routing) and powers user-facing capabilities including the Cynact voice assistant (in development) and Intgrate's contextual workflows. Built with audit logging, action confirmation on physical actuation, and explicit override paths.
Are Cynact and Intgrate related?
Same architecture, separate products. Under the hood they share the same runtime patterns, reliability model and deployment discipline. On top, each is tailored — Cynact for buildings and energy, Intgrate for people and pipelines.
How do you install Cynact?
Cynact deployments are installed and supported by Wiztec LLC, our operating partner — a licensed California low-voltage contractor (CA Lic. 1149874). Routbox builds the software, Wiztec puts it on the wall. Service today in California; Nevada and Arizona planned.
What systems does Cynact integrate with?
Cynact speaks the common building-automation protocols out of the box: Z-Wave, Zigbee, MQTT, BACnet, Modbus, Matter, and REST. The protocol layer is unified into a single device graph — so a thermostat, a contactor, and a smart switch all look the same to automations and dashboards.
Where is your hardware made?
Cynact runs on US-manufactured industrial hardware: Protectli and OnLogic for edge compute, and Apollo Automation for sensors. We avoid components from entities listed under NDAA Section 889. See the Compliance page for the full supply-chain posture.
Is my data secure?
Yes. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security in the database, MFA on admin access, Cloudflare Zero Trust for internal services. Cynact's building data is processed locally on your premises by default — minimizing what ever leaves the site. Details in the Privacy Policy and Compliance page.
Do you serve enterprise and utility customers?
Yes — that's the intended path. Cynact's local-first architecture, sub-5 ms control latency, OpenADR/IEEE 2030.5 roadmap and US-compliant hardware are built around the requirements that utility innovation teams and commercial operators evaluate against. Talk to us about pilots and trade-ally partnerships.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
Our SOC 2 Type II program is in progress, with a target completion in Q4 2026. We're aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework today and can share a readiness letter for procurement reviews on request — see the Compliance page.
