Per site · plus hardware
Software licensing is per deployed site, billed annually. Pricing scales with site complexity (number of zones, integrations, edge nodes) rather than per data point — so adding sensors doesn't change the bill.
Hardware (edge node, sensors, controls) is sold at capital cost. Wiztec LLC handles install and ongoing service against a separate scope.

Per seat · plus configuration
Intgrate is licensed per active user, billed monthly or annually. Standard modules included; custom modules and pipelines are configured up front and then run without recurring per-module fees.
One-time configuration is scoped against the customer's flows during onboarding — not a perpetual implementation services line item.
